Order Processing & Shipping

Each set of nails is crafted with precision and care.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for standard orders. Custom creations may require additional time based on intricacy.

  • Shipping: We offer reliable, trackable shipping via different character. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delivery Zones: We proudly ship throughout the USA. If you're outside this zone, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please notify us within 3 days of deliverywith photos, and we will review your request for replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

As each set is custom-made with intention and artistry, orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Custom Creations

We welcome bespoke requests.

  • Please provide clear guidance or inspiration images. Once a custom design is approved, production will begin. No changes can be made once crafting has started.

Product Use & Disclaimer

  • Our press-on nails are designed for temporary, glamorous wear.

  • Please follow all provided instructions carefully. We are not liable for damage due to misuse or allergic reactions. If you're unsure, we recommend a patch test before full application.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your privacy is a part of our luxury experience. Personal data is used solely for processing your order and will never be sold or shared.
